Photography
My love for photography began with a toy digital camera and evolved through the mesmerizing process of darkroom film development. The unique prints that emerge from the chemical reactions involved in this method of photography inspire me to explore and capture the world in creative and meaningful ways. Each photograph tells a story, frozen in time, reflecting my perspective and artistic vision. It's a fascinating connection between art and all aspects of humanity using the scientific principles that govern how we see the world.

Science, Research, and Medicine
But my true calling lies in making scientific advancements and medical care accessible and affordable to everyone. I am particularly dedicated to Alzheimer’s [and Down Syndrome] research, motivated by personal experiences and a desire to contribute to finding a cure for this devastating disease. My work in an Alzheimer’s research lab has deepened my understanding of the complexities of the human brain and the urgent need for innovative and accessible solutions to improve the lives of those affected. Their individual stories motivated me to start the project Portraits of Alzheimer’s.

And that's why I also host my podcast, “The Endless Pursuit – Equitable Science and Medicine.” I believe science shouldn't be a privilege. Through thought-provoking conversations with leading experts, passionate advocates, and dedicated researchers, we discuss the disparities in access to crucial medical treatments and explore how we can bridge those gaps. We celebrate the people behind scientific breakthroughs while acknowledging the challenges that prevent everyone from benefiting. My ultimate goal with this podcast is to empower listeners to become advocates for change.
